Coaching programmes are flexible, offering a 6 - stage framework, or a pay as you go option, either in person coaching, virtual or a hybrid mix of both.
Additional tools such as the TLQ 360 feedback where the focus is on behaviour, or Insights Discovery can be provided to add additional support.

Our 5 step approach
1. Discovery
We will always work with you in a collaborative way. We make time to listen and understand your world, learn about your organisations context, it's culture and have clarity on the goals you want to achieve. We are agile and practical in our approach and able to deliver work quickly where needed.
2. Analyse
Where it adds value we can undertake analysis work, this approach could involve on line survey's with employees, virtual or face to face focus groups and interviews. Any of these types of interventions can help provide a richer picture to help support more informed next steps, action and decisions.
3. Propose
At this stage we would share feedback and propose some solutions with timings all based on the discovery and analytical work for you to consider. Be prepared as proposals may sometimes challenge the organisations thinking. We do this in the spirit of achieving positive outcomes.
4. Deliver
This is where we deliver the solutions and interventions that we have collectively agreed on. We will continue to work in collaboration with you, making adjustments along the way where needed, adapting to the business climate and any organisational changes.
5. Stickability
We will check in with you and evaluate how well our work has been delivered and what effect it is having, providing additional support if required and to see what we can do to help you continue the momentum as an organisation.
